Ht. 5'5", Start: 210 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Heyy, my birthday is coming up on January 8th :)) and i wanna try to be at my goal weight of 175, so thats like 8 pounds i gotta lose. So does any one have any tips :)) right now I run in place everynight in my room for like 20 min striaght then jumping jacks and that kinda stuff, go walking/running with my friends and brother but i guess my big problem is eatting healthy... since i work in a grocery store its alot less of a problem just to grab a candy bar some chips and a soda, so im not really sure what to get in there that is good for me and cheap! any ideas?!? THANKS :p
