Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - okay, so i slacked off for about 2 weeks and gained 2 pounds back, but for the past 3 days ive done pretty well. yesterday i did 25-30 mins of exercise and on top of that, my boyfriend and i went for a long walk in the snow in his backyard which leads to a big mountain, and he taught me to snowboard lol i was exhausted afterward because it was such a hard walk going up hills and stuff. i think i did well. ive decided to not weigh myself until january, and hopefully i'll see a change then. i just hope i can keep this up. on christmas though its going to be my cheat day. ill eat whatever i want i'll just watch how much i eat. hope everyones doing well. good luck
