Ht. 5'2", Start: 214 lb, Today: 186 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Happy New Year, everyone! I hope to start this new year off right. My resolution was to lose 30 pounds. I have lost a good bit so far and I am hoping to do even better! I was down to 179 but after Thanksgiving, my birthday, and Christmas, it all went downhill. I am starting to get back on my diet, which is Weight Watchers, and exercise more. I have the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatium Wii game and I am going to try to use it everyday. I am a very picky eater and I would like to know what you all eat that is low in calories and fat. I take my lunch to school so I dont have to eat all the greasy lunchroom food. Some things I like are chicken salad, Lean Cuisine meals, and Healthy Choice meals. What are some of the things you all like to eat? I have also learned that Cheddar Rice Cakes are delicious and very good for you. Any ideas?
