Message Replying To From Taryn, Age 18 Ht. 157 cm, Start: 86 kg, Today: 83 kg, Goal: 65 kg - Hey everyone. Been on diet for a week now and have lost 2.7 kg. i went to gym 5 times and ate according to weighless best food choices. just had lunch:brown toast with grilled chicken, feta, cucumber, fat free cottage cheese and some piccalili. It was delicious. I think the key to weight loss is changing your meals...make it interesting and healthy. Good Luck everyone |
