Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 153 lb, Goal: 115 lb - So i weigh myself before i eat so i don't count food and water weight in it. And now im at 153!!!! So my goal is to get to 150 pounds by next weekend. I know you're not suppose to lose more than 2 pounds a week but im on my period so some water weight should go. So I'm not going to weigh myself until sunday morning. Hows everybody else doing?
