Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Alright, so it was my birthday on Saturday, the big 20. Now that i'm 20 i cant blame annny of this on "baby fat" (not like i ever really did lol) so obviously i went out to dinner, had cake, had beer, etc. but today im back on track. My goal is to be at 150 by July 1st. which means i have 5 and a half months to lose 20 pounds. i calculated it, and all i have to lose is 4 pounds a month. 4 pounds is nothing!!! so why cant i do it?? i'm going to give this another try. im sick of being 170 (and more, i go up and down). ive been this weight since JUNE!! thats enough. i want to be smaller. i know i can do it, i just need to get fricken serious about it for once and stop procrastinating. So far today, ive had tofu and stir fried vegetables.... and a lean cuisine meal with some salad. Only a total of 640 calories... and its 9pm. i got a late start because i woke up at around 1pm and then showered and did my nails and all that stuff. I plan on having a another mini-meal 3 hours before i go to bed, low carb though. (i hate eating carbs before bed, messes me up) Anyways, i hope i can do this. ill just make a habit of coming on here everyday to see how everyone else is doing, its motivating. good luck everyone :)
