Ht. 5'3", Start: 205 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So I'm really upset with myself right now. My mom works at a gym and is a manager/aerobics instructor/personal trainer and I always feel so huge next to her. And I do go into the gym a LOT, but I don't feel like I'm getting results. And I think it's because of my eating habits. Now, you can guess, with my mom being a gym freak, she eats REALLY healthy, so we don't have a lot of junk food around the house. But I over eat, and I definitely eat when I'm bored. I used to do weight watchers and I got down to about 155, but that was like 2 years ago, and I have since put on almost FIFTY POUNDS! That is insane! I want to get back to weight watchers, but it is so expensive! I think I just need to save up and do it? Anybody else with me?!
