Ht. 5'7", Start: 150 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hi everyone! Well, i'm going to get straight to the point! I'm not really fat, but I do have a gut and I would really LOVE to get rid of it! But its so hard! And I would go jogging, running and stuff but its the middle of winter and its FREEZING! And I live in an apartment and can't get a treadmill because its kinda noisey. And I love to run! I've also tried exercise videos and they didn't work at ALL! I try to eat healty, but I go to my friends house like everyday and all they have to eat and drink is JUNK FOOD and SODA! And I try not to eat over at their house but we do a lot of active stuff or we just watch tv all day and we get bored or hungry and I eat what they have. But i'm going to try out for the softball team at my school. And try to eat healthly and before I go to my friends house! But I still need some help so give me some tips!
