Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 188 lb - Ok i'm about the same weight as last week but I am so OK with tht because I ate like a crazy person this week so I happy I didn't gain I've been trying to change my body mass(i'm not using the word dieting it i do i'll give up diets don't work for me)for 4 weeks now and I actually am lower then I want to be right now I (i'm tryting to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks) right now I've lost 5 pounds in 4 weeks so I'm really happy but I need to start exercising more
