Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 160 lb - okay so this is my first timee writing in here... ive been working out every night walking on the tredmill for an hour or two for like 7months but havent seen any change but i did lose 6 pounds yaya! buts thats all ..n i also dont eat goood so that might be why but does anyone know a simple diet for a week or 2 that will help me lose weight or atleast to get me started???!??!?! its soo hard not to eat junk food n also i tired to not eat after 6pm but i cant do it.
