Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! I just started Joyce Vedral's Toning for Teens workout and it's great! The exercises and awesome and I felt so pumped yesterday. So, yes, it has been 9 weeks and only 4 pounds but that is because for about 3 of the weeks I was at a tournament and then needed to get back in my groove. I am hoping to lose at least 10 pounds by June 21st...think I'll make it? ^_^
