Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I want to thanks DancingDamsel and Hali for their support on my last entry. I've created a plan for myself, for food control and when i want to exercise. I suggest everyone do this! just outline what you want to change and do better, it's given me motivation to see what i need to do. I also decided I'm going to create a daily menu. I'm going to do it the night before so I can know what i'll be eating the next day. I think this will help because with it outlined I won't be tempted to eat unhealthy stuff, and I'll know what to eat, so i dont sit aimlessly in front of the refridgerator. I'm gonna try it for a week then get back to you guys on how it's going! Good luck this week, everyone, I LOVE YOU ALL!
