Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I gained a pound. :( But, I have a plan: So, on Wednesday I went walking. On Thursday, I did A LOT of running, and today I did VIGOROUS ballet. Tomorrow, I will swim at a friend's house…that will be a total of 1781 calories in this week and then w/ the calories I spared it will be (if I spare about 500 calories tomorrow) 3230 calories. Add in the calories I burn just sitting…I SHOULD LOSE A POUND! Yay. I sure hope I do. Please, if you guys have any tips that really work for you, let me know!!!
