Message Replying To From kristi, Age 19 Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Hey guys, i used to come to the site alot but since going to college i just havnt..and i decided summer...perfect time to start losing weight again. I just got my job for the summer and am working 60 hours a week...its crazy...but hopefully actually i know that will take my mind off of food. So far today i have had toast for breakfast with no jam...and then lunch i had a grilled cheese...and i just had another one...those are my favorite food...and its only like 150 cals per sandswitch :D ill prolly either have a salad with a little bit of rasberry vinergret( if you havnt tried it i suggest trying it...it is very low in calories and fat and honestly tastes amazing!!) or another grilled cheese...i know you guys reading this are gonna say im gonna get sick of grilled cheese...however take my word on it...i wont...lol on top of that i have to do abs daily and run a mile...my mile time now is a little under 9 min...by the end of the summer im going to shoot for 730...hopefully i will be successful!!! well good luck with everyone and their diets and wish me luck with mine. Im gonna shoot for about 1200 hundred calories a day...and i checked with my doctor and hes fine with it...so no worrying...also im gonna replace juice and pop with ice cold water...tasty :D well wish me luck. |
