Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok, guys. So...I totally broke my diet yesterday. We were having a big event at church and I totally went wacko with all the cookies and pound cake and doughnuts and pizza and...long story short, I have to work my butt off this week--literally, lol. I think I'll do some DancePraise (it's like dance dance revolution)...burn some calories... Hey, have any of you tried WiiFit? Does it work? Does it help??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I am interested in trying it. Also, for those of you who have tried Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: how often did you do it? Every day for 30 days or every other? 4 days a week...? Thanks guys!
