Message Replying To From DancingDamsel, Age 13 Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I just did my second day of 30 Day Shred. I have a fan right on my face and I just feel like losing consciousness I'm so exhausted. Honestly, I don't know how I'm going to do it for the full 30 days...but my says she's really proud of everything I'm doing and of what I already accomplished. Speaking of which, today I tried on a pair of pants that I haven't worn in over a year and they fit WAAAAAAAYYY better than they did before! They're a 13/14 and all the jeans I've been wearing are a 16! I am so excited. That was my bit of motivation for today. I don't think I'm going to weigh myself until 30 days are through...or measure myself, for that matter. Well, I've been sharing all the good parts of the day. There were some lows too. I ate Wendys for lunch. >:< It's my weakness, I'm sorry! I can resist McD's and I can resist BK and I can resist Taco Bell and I can resist Arbys... |
