Message Replying To From kristi, Age 19 Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 234 lb, Goal: 180 lb - so its been exactly one week sence i started my diet...and ive lost 6 pounds...so im pretty excited about that. i got a gym membership yesterday and planing on running every day...and then start my lifting cyle and abs so i can be ready for volleyball next season. I hope i can lose 30 pounds this summer thats 10 a month...and right now i guess im right on track however i know once you lose the "easy" weight it takes a while for all of it to fall off so i got to remember that and not get frustrated...i just got back from working out...ran a mile in 8:06 and then walked .25 then ran another .5 miles and then walkedd .25 then ran .25 hopefully i can increase my distance and speed daily. i didnt do abs there but i plan on doing them tonight some time i think...Anyways i had a bowl of special K with the new protein one...and hopefully that will build up my muscle...and make me look leaner...mmph i havnt decided if i want a grilled turkey and cheese sandwhich about 200 calories or a salad which is only about 100...well see im not hungry yet but im sure ill make up my mind for one...OH YEAH DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER...making me go to the bath room alot but oh well at least its burning calories and then coming out...lol wel thanks for reading :D good luck everyone and ill keep you posted! |
