Ht. 5'5", Start: 139 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hello. again with the treadmill sorry. lol. anyways does the treadmill help melt fat butts and thighs? or does it tone it like make it the fat into bulky legs? i just wanna lose the fat off.. then tone later.. i dont know how this works... please help me.. and i have this 5 pound ball i exercise with my arms.. will that make my fat melt or tone it with bulky muscles. sorry if im confusing you... i just dont wanna do the wrong exercises and come out looking weird and bulky. pleaes HELP! =]
