Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 155 lb - UGH!!! im soooo bad! i've done soooo well for a whole month, then yesterday totally totally blew it! i dunno what happened. i blame hormones. (im PMSing... sorry about the info lol) and like, first, i ate 1100 cals within the first 5 hours of being awake... then went fishing and stuff at my sisters boyfriends camp, then came back and had a huge double cheese burger... then on the drive home my boyfriend and i got huge iced coffees... then... came home, and had 2 butter tarts that were 340 calories each!!!! i was sooo mad at myself this morning, not to mention my stomach was on fire from all the sugar. im not used to sugar anymore because i use splenda with everything. and ugghgh. im doing major damage control today though, drinking tons of water and eating only 1000 cals and exercising for 35-45 mins (i know 1000 isnt enough, but when youve had like 2500-3000 the day before it isnt going to hurt me. plus im not that hungry anyways from that intense binge yesterday). im not looking at the scale until monday or tuesday either... i got on this morning and it said 170 because im retaining so much water from that binge. im going to work my butt off for the rest of the week and hopefully undo any damage thats been done... i probably wont lose any this week but id at least like the water weight gone again... :( whyyyy did i do that ! AHH. okay rant is ovver. lol good luck guys
