~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I'm way excited for tomorrow. I've outlined each day of the week's workout schedule-I'm going to go on a walk tomorrow with my dog and my niece then I'm going to come back and do some situps, jumping jacks, and jump ropes and if i want to I might do a little bit of weights- then I promised my sister I'd go running with her tomorrow night, she's trying to lose all her baby weightt that she gained. And I know I'm ready to start eating healthier because my sis and I went to Wendy's yesterday and we only got a chicken sandwhich, fries, and a soda (which is what we always get) but this time I felt like I had eaten an elephant, and I knew I hate to much, so I know my body is ready to start eating healthier..yay! And I found out this cool thing- Divide your weight in half and that's how many ounces you should be drinking! Good luck this week everyone.!
