Ht. 5'7.7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Ugh i'm so frustrated! i made it down to 160 and one day i checked and i was 159! then i did insane binging the next week and gained 4 pounds. it had been 7 but i worked some of it off. i was then so motivated but i now im randomly binging again! i have finals this week so im a little stressed but i dont even have to be stressed to eat like a pig. you dont even want to know what i've been eating. i think i just hate the idea of restricting myself. Any tips to help prevent binging?
