Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Just a quick update, I just weighed myself and much to mu surprise I was 218lbs! Last Monday (June 8th) I was 225lbs, up 2lbs from my previous weigh in. I have no idea how I lost the weight. Only exercised 3 times last week and I also had my fav. chinese food, and my BF made taco salad Sat. night w/ doritos, it was loaded. I had two plates. =( I wasn't going to weigh myself because my period started yesterday so hopefully when I weigh myself next Monday I'll be down even more. I don't know. We'll see. Hope all is well w/ everyone.
