If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Elizabeth, Age 15 Ht. 5'7.7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 145 lb - okay im totally confused with how to lose weight now! i know that you have to exercise and eat well, but should i be counting calories? and if that is what i do, is 1500 too high? then how much exercise would i need? i need to see a nutritionist haha |
