Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Hey guys! I just read about this super drink to get rid of water weight from Jillian Michaels (Biggest Loser trainer/creator of 30 day shred): Get 60 oz. of distilled or pure water Add a teaspoon of sugar free cranberry juice Add 1 dandelion root tea bag Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. This is supposed to help you lose 5 pounds in 7 days--depending on how much water weight you're carrying around. You drink one (1) 8 oz. cup a day, according to her website. I'm going to try this out! Who's with me? If you have any questions, feel free to ask. ^_^
