Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Just finished Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred Day 1 of Level 2! THEN 20mins after that I did the ENTIRE 55mins of Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism! There is no way I could have had the endurance for that had it not been for level one of 30day shred. I've never completed a workout dvd that lasted more than 30mins so I'm feeling great. I don't find the banish fat boost metabolism as challenging as the 30 day shred but I think it's because you don't use handweights, and I use 10lb handweights for the shred. Level 2 of 30 day shred killed me, but for some reason, I had energy to go on, lol I think I'll be doing the stationary bike in a few.
