Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ughh. soooo i havent been doing all that well lately. yesterday for example... i did alright before i went to this wedding reception for one of my coworkers... but then i drank a bunch of coolers and mixed drinks (I live in canada so im legal to drink. just lettig you know. last time i posted about drinking someone told me i should be ashamed of myself :S) anyways.. i danced a lottt so i know i burned a lotta calories butttt with drinking comes the drunk munchies and i pigged out. but thats kinda good cause i got it out of my system.. cause today i dont even wanna eat. i just wanna lay around which equally sucks cause that means,, too lazy to exercise. but my bf and i are moving out in 2 days so theres gonna be lots of moving things around and lifting and sweating and climbin stairs so ill be fine. butttt that means only 25 days until the wedding i go to! is it possible to lose 5 pounds in 25 days? i think i can do it... ive done it before. just gotta do the whole calories in - calories out math. anyways sorry for rambling. good luck guys!
