Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183.4 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I couldn't lose weight until I started walking an hour every day and doing some sort of cardio that made me sweat a lot at least 3 times a week. I think I'll be able to lose the weight this time, because I always pack on the pounds over winter, but this year I'm going to a school that has 2 weight rooms that students can use for free, and a swimming pool across the street.
