Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - alright so i went to my cousins wedding this weekend and i pigged out hard on carbs carbs and more carbs. which is why starting yesterday i have completely cut out bread, sugar, pasta, rice you name it. i pretty much just eat chicken, cheese, salads, eggs and what not. kinda like Atkins, except modified. i dont like the fact that on atkins you're eating immense ammounts of saturated fats and what not, so i bought lean chicken breasts and i plan on eating that as opposed to lots of bacon and pork products. i might have some lean steak at some point to switch it up a bit. and maybe have egg whites as well instead of whole eggs, just so i dont overdo the fat intake. i think though, that this diet will work very well for me because it targets belly fat and upper body fat, which is all i have left. my legs and butt and hips are pretty slim now so i just want to target those areas, and by cutting out simple carbs like bread and sugar i think it will work. the best part is i dont feel like im dieting because i can have all those good filling foods. protein really fills me up unlike carbs, i just end up hungrier in the end. i guess it depends on the person, so i tihnk this diet is going to go well. anyways sorry for rambling, hope everyones doing great !
