If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Tara, Age 17 Ht. 5'6", Start: 186 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Omg so like, last year or summer or whatever, I was huuuuuge. I'm still huge but I'm thinking I'm thinner than I was. I'm so frustrated because I wanted to lose a ton of weight before school but I lost track of things and I'm still around the same weight and I've got 25 days to lose 25 lbs. so that I can weigh 130 lbs. I spent an hour on the bike at the gym and 15 minutes on the elliptical plus I lifted a little weights. I'm waking up early tomorrow to do it again. Maybe if I exercise for 2 hrs everyday (and more when I have the strength) and try to eat only ramen, bread, water, and salad then I can do it!!! Praying works too. Man, I wish I weren't such a fatty. I'm so FAT! |
