Message Replying To From Claire, Age 18 Ht. 5'3", Start: 10 st 7, Today: 10 st 7, Goal: 7 st 10 - So today, I’ve had a bit of water, 2 pieces of wholemeal toast with a tiny bit of peanut butter on and I’ve been to the gym and done 30 minutes in total! It’s 12.46 pm so I might have something to eat in a little bit, I have no idea what though?! What would make a tasty low calorie lunch? It makes me feel so good and proud, just hope I can stick to it cos this is only the first day after all! |
