Ht. 5'7", Start: 205 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 124 lb - I thought it was time to change my goal to a slightly lower one.. It'll be more difficult to reach, but I got this health book, which tells me that according to the size of my wrist compared to my height, I should actually weigh 119 - 131! I thought I'd be okay if I just reached 140, but apparently I shouldn't be that heavy! It's been more than a week now since I lost any weight, and I feel so bad about it :( I think it's because I had 2 bad days, out of like, 10. One was because it was my birthday, but I was just hungry on the other and couldn't seem to stop myself. I managed to keep it up for a while before ruining it though, so I must have some self control.. I just need to find it again.. Hows everyone else doing?
