Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 160 lb - omg school is on tuesday and i really wanted to be 160. but do you know any way i could lose a pound or two? i know in 2 days isn't healthy but it would be nice to have lost inches in my hips. but neways i lost 4 pounds this summer! well 4-5. but i only started around this time in july but atleast i didnt gain nething back yet. so if you guys know nething that can help lose 1-2 pounds or lose inches on the hips and waist please tell me! thanks. and good luck =)
