Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well i would like to say that being fat has effected my life to much and i wont have it anymore, i hate having fat holding me down and its going to stop, so i've decided to do something about it. Im going to change my diet by spliting the meals I would usually have in half and cut out sweets, chips, candy, ketchup, soda, sweetend juices,fastfood, and creamy dressings because thoese = FAT. For exercise i am going to turn on music for 30 minutes and dance my butt off. and after dinneri will go for a half hour walk so i will do that monday ,wednesday, and friday. i want to weight 130 lbs and i have to lose 45 lbs thats alot but im Very willing to try (wish me luck i will need it) :D
