Message Replying To From hii, Age 13 Ht. 5'10", Start: 167 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 160 lb - i'm so happy because i finally am 162. i haven't been that weight since the beginning of this year! and i'm 2 pounds away from my mini-goal. i feel really motivated to lose weight. so what do you guys think about exercising 4-5 times a week? should i exercise more like 6-7 times a week? |
