Ht. 5'10", Start: 167 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 160 lb - ughh i feel really annoyed becuz weight loss is hard, especially if you don't have motivation. i have an exercise plan that i do but it's just that i don't have any motivation. but before when i did exercise i wasn't motivated until the first week i did exercise . is that how any of you guys feel? sorry i know it's a complicated question.
