Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Well im on my period. :( blahh.I hate it,but I usually lose 2-3 pounds when its over,so thats good.Well I want to do soccer this year,and I havent been conditioning,so im gonna start doing 200 situps and 2 miles a day.And I dont think thats too much,considering how much bigger I am and how much I need to catch up physically.Well Im gonna get on here everyday,even if yall dont,and write about how im doing with my two miles and 200 situps.Well bye,please comment(:
