Message Replying To From Heaven, Age 14 Ht. 5'0", Start: 125 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Well I'd really like to lose weight. I'm 125lb right now, but I'm short so I have some flab or whatever you call it. I REALLY want to slim down my thighs, as they're a bit on the big side. Also, my stomach needs some work, too. I'm just now starting out again on my diet. I used to be 12 yrs old and I weighed 135lb or more. Since then, I had lost 15lb, but I went back up 5lb. My weight just "loves" to fluctuate from 120lb-125lb. I'd like to get to 105lb, and be skinnier by February 2010. I really just hate my weight now! My dad or sister don't want me to lose weight since they think I'm in a normal weight range for my age, but they aren't considering my height, or my body fat for that matter. I've tried losing weight multiple times, but I simply lost motivation and gave up. But now, I'm really wanting to lose weight, and I refuse to give up. If I don't start losing weight and body fat now, I doubt I'll even actually try again. I have athletics as my last period of the school day, but I know I need to exercise more than just that. Also, I just started making a food journal today and was pretty surprised at what I had eaten. It was like, WOW! I actually ate that much of that?! I'm really determined this time. My friend wants to lose weight too, so we'll be helping eachother. I cant wait to lose this weight! I know it'll pay off. ^-^ |
