Message Replying To From hii, Age 13 Ht. 5'10", Start: 166 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 160 lb - okay i am doing the 30 day shred now. i'm on day 2 today. but i want to be 9 or more pounds thinner by january 29th. do you know ne way i could do that? and i'm also doing Jillian's boost metabolism and No more trouble zones. But i can't stop eating the ice cream! :O. so any tips on how to lose 9 or more pounds by january 29th? |
