Ht. 5'10.5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 160 lb - i thought i would share this with you: so i read a plan that you could lose 30 lbs in 3 months. (10 pounds a month is healthy, my doctor said so). it requires running (somewhat a lot) so week 1- in the evening, run 1 miles 6 DAYS in a row week 2- in the evening, run 1.5 miles 6 DAYS in a row week 3- run 2 miles in evening 6 DAYS in a row week 4- run 1.5 miles at night AND morning 6 days in a row week 5 til the end of the 3rd month- run 2 miles in the morning and evening EVERY DAY and eat around 1300-1600 calories it sounds healthy. i started it today. neways good luck to you guys! :)
