Ht. 5'6", Start: 181 lb, Today: 147.6 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! I'm finally in the 140s! I just can't wait to be in the 130s now! heh ^^ I have sick for the past week with the flu so I couldn't really get back on track with my diet or exercising since its been like 9 days (a little over a week). So me and my friend are planning to go hiking twice a week. :D I wanted you guys to know that having a weight loss buddy or just a friend to motivate you can really help! Don't give up guys! I have a question; I'm trying to be 130 by JUNE 1ST. Thats 17 pounds. Is this doable? I know it gets tougher as you get closer to your goal weight. Thats about 5.6 pounds a month. Just hoping anyone can give me feedbacks and motivation. Thank you!
