Ht. 5'7", Start: 195 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 174 lb - hey, i'm currently about 195lbs, back in march 2009 i started working out and eating right and i lost about 40lbs and by july, 2009 i was at my lowest, weighing 160lbs, since then i have gained pretty much all of the weight back which is very discouraging. over the last half a year or so i have been trying to eat healthy and workout regularly again but have been having a difficult time. but, now i am seriously gonna do it again bc i remember how good it felt to lose the weight the first time and how much more confident and healthy i was afterwards. wish me luck :) oh, and this is my short term goal: i want to be 174lbs by April 31. so that's about 3lbs a week, which i know is a reasonable goal for me bc that's what i did before.
