Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 305 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Hi folks, it's me again. After my last post with your good hints and commentaries I really tried again to diet. And I lost 10 lbs! Yay. But then I really got the urge to eat again - to eat lots. And so I did. And I gained it all back plus some. I'm again at my heaviest, more than 300 lbs, unbelievable. I've gotten too fat to do any sports. I can't walk longer distances, I'm totally unfit. I really don't know what to do. Is anybody here in a similar situation?
