Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb, Goal: 145 lb - i walked for 5 miles yesterday!! and for 3 miles sunday!!...well my questions are...do you think i will lose any weight by walking 3 miles one day the 5 miles the other...i also walk kinda regular does it really matter what speed you walk??
