Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 120 lb - 131.8 omggggggg I need help! :( I haven't exercised for two weeks straight and I have been eating late night meals and sweets. I don't know whats going on. I use to have the ability to say NO and not even crave it. But now I don't know whats going on with my body's chemistry. Had this happen to you before? If so, what did you do to overcome this barrier? I'm thinking about getting on those dietary shakes that suppress your hunger... because its 1am right now and I just downed two large pizzas, chocolate, coke, and one slice of cheese cake. I am completely and utterly disgusted with myself! I hardly ever even eat this much :( Whats GOING ON WITH ME!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?! HELP!!
