I'm seeing a lot of people post about having a bad day and eating fries or ice cream or something. It's perfectly ok to have fries and ice cream occasionally. It's actually better for a balanced diet. Don't look at fatty foods as evil things. Studies have shown that nothing is actually bad for you if you eat it in moderation. So one bowl of ice cream or one cinnimon role won't make you gain weight. It's really ok to eat. Look at getting an overall healyth diet and lifestyle (which includes occasional junk food in moderation) and not just at the number on the scale. You'll be a lot better off in the end. |
