Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 275 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Alrighty everyone, tomorrow is officially day 1 of healthy eating for me! I am sick of standing still and doing nothing and not eating right or losing weight. I'm not going to weigh myself for three weeks, starting tomorrow! You see, I have this little obsession with weighing myself every single day. I don't want to do that, I just want to eat right/work out and hope for the best! Hopefully once the three weeks are over, I'll see a good loss. Think I can do this? :) Talk to me!
