Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Now, to start it all off, I know that my goal is a lot, but it's the weight I am supposed to be at. But anywhoo, I need help !!! I dance everynight. I am a very active person. I just did a lot of swimming and walking this weekend. And then I danced tonight. But it's like no matter what I do, I can't get of the the 180's(which is the lowest I have ever been). I just need help. And I want to be healthy. You see my dream is to be an actress/singer thing. And I really want this dream to come true, but what I want even more, is to be 120 lbs. Please help !! If you help me, I'll return the favor ! Thanks so much ! Peace and Love, Samantha :)
