~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay, recently i've been to the doctor and i've been diagnosed with something that could contribute to the fact that it's very difficult for me to lose weight. I was both relieved ad irritated hearing this. I felt like, for once, it wasn't my fault i'm bigger. but at the same time, i felt like it wasn't fair that it's so difficult for me. Anyway, the doctors say i'm very healthy in my condition but they want to keep an eye on me so it stays that way. I want to make it easier on them and myself by truly trying to lose weight to benefit my health. I'm on my school's dance team, so during the week i work out at least 30 minutes from doing technique. But, it isn't quite enough. I was wondering what other people do to workout. I need new ideas. I can run, sure, but i want it to be more creative than that. What happens when i get sick of running? I'll want to stop and i'd lose all the progress i made. So, what else could i do to workout? much appreciated! :)
