Message Replying To From Renee, Age 18 Ht. 5'3", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay, so I'm at a mindset now that I want to lose weight, but I know simply thinking it won't do anything. I've got to workout. What can I do, and I'd like different options, on what I can do for exercise. I'm looking for more than running and doing crunches. Also, what keeps you motivated. A problem I have is losing motivation. What tips do y'all have to keep the momentum going and to keep the commitment? |
