Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 15 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - It is very hot outside, now, I mean we are hiting into Summer now, I mean I know some of us have asumtha and other issues.. We need to eat less, and excrise more often.. I mean I used to sit on the computer for 3 hours.. Or watch TV for 3 hours.. It was a bad habit to delpoe in the first place.. We need to eat less and excrie and drink more water, instead of furit juices.. I dont eat much junk food.. My mom cooks healthy food I mean I know some friends who are raised on junk food. It is terible.. It is very sad.. Being so heavy is not very healthy.. We need to get off our backs and get moving.. I hope to have helped.. Jessia 15.. |
